Formerly Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director as well as Airborne Ranger Infantry Captain with the US Army’s elite 10th Mountain Division in Afghanistan and Iraq.

RRA Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Marc brings over 20 years of development, management and investment experience across over 5 million square feet from companies like Neenan Company, Ryan Companies US, and Vestar. MBA from Arizona State University and member of multiple industry boards.

Michael McNinch

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer at RRA, Michael brings over 20 years of experience in the investment industry as a former fund manager and investment banker across private equity, venture capital and commercial real estate. Formerly with Marketplace One, Veritas Investment Partners, and Credit Suisse. BA Business Economics from Wheaton College.

Charlie Dunlap

As Chairman and Co-Founder, Charlie brings 45 years of principal experience and over 13 million sq ft of property development, construction and management. Arizona Certified Public Manager of the year, Lifetime Achievement Award and formerly with Trammell Crow. Graduate from University of Virginia and Master’s from The London School of Economics.

Ted Van Brunt

Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Investment Officer, Ted draws from his experience in over $1B in retail, office and industrial transactions and asset management experience in over 6 million square feet of office, multifamily and retail portfolios. Formerly with Cole REIT (now Vereit) and Unico Properties.
